Option A: White-labeled Events

  • Event Ownership: Host the event as your own and promote it under your brand.

  • Cost Coverage: You cover all associated costs, selecting from a range of incentives, activities, and vendors.

  • Incentives: Options include food/drinks, giveaways, donation matches on employee purchases, rebates on sustainable purchases, and more.

  • Engagement Activities: Costs for DJs/bands, spoken word poets, DIY workshops, and climate workshops are covered by you.

  • Vendor Fees: A fixed minimum fee of $150 per vendor applies.

  • Billing: Costs are managed by AGM and can be invoiced either pre-event or post-event.

Option B: Sponsored Events

  • Sponsorship: An external sponsor covers all event-related costs.

  • Event Promotion: The event is promoted as being sponsored by the external party, e.g., “Atlanta Green Market at Delta Air Lines, sponsored by Rivian.”

  • Cost-Free for Hosts: This option allows hosts to organize the event at no direct cost.

Option C: Hybrid Billing

  • Shared Costs: Both the host and the sponsor share the event costs, depending on the sponsor's commitment level.

  • Flexible Promotion: The event can be promoted in a manner that reflects the shared sponsorship, e.g., “Delta Air Lines Sustainability Fair, sponsored by Rivian.”
