    Based on the reported transactional records of prior year for-profit vendors. This metric is roughly equivalent to the number of attendees who bought something. We estimate total day-of transactions has exceeded 1,000 year over year (inclusive of unreported transactions).

  • $500 - $2,500

    REPORTED EVENT SALES PER VENDOR

    Based on the reported event sales of prior year for-profit vendors who sold physical products, averaging out to $941 in single-day product sales per vendor. We estimate total sales has exceeded $18,000 year over year (inclusive of unreported sales).

  • 5,000 - 10,000

    ESTIMATED FOOT TRAFFIC

    This range is extrapolated from parking records and manual counting across all venue locations that were activated during the duration of prior year events across multiple on campus locations: The Shed, The Courtyard, The Trestle, The Yard, The Amphitheater.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

In partnership with Oceanic Global's Blue Standard, we're dedicated to reducing single-use plastics and promoting sustainable alternatives. Our event showcases vendors already using sustainable materials and practices, such as:

  • Compostable Packaging: Transitioning away from single-use plastics to compostable or recyclable alternatives.

  • Digital Engagement: Leveraging technology to reduce paper waste, from QR codes to digital communications.

  • Reusable Solutions: Encouraging the use of durable goods for food service and display items.

  • Eco-Friendly Decor: Designing spaces with sustainability in mind, using materials that are reusable and non-perishable.
