"We" Weeks (Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11) - You'll join the full cohort for interactive training sessions and collaborative workshops led by TESS Co-op's expert facilitators. We'll dive into key concepts, share insights and ensure you're progressing through each strategic phase.
"Me" Weeks (Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) - You'll have dedicated time to apply the learnings and work independently on developing your brand's unified content strategy, supported by comprehensive resources, workbooks, and templates.
Throughout the program, you'll benefit from a balance of guided instruction, hands-on implementation, peer accountability and personalized coaching.
