MASTERMIND 2.0

A 3-MONTH PILOT PROGRAM

This isn’t a polished program yet. It’s an experiment.

But if you’re reading this, it means you’re one of the people who helped show me that there’s something here—something real and worth building. A group of people coming together regularly to support one another in meaningful work. That’s the idea.

And I think the next step is to test it for real.

Why we’re doing this

We live in a time where it feels hard to make a difference—especially alone. But I’ve come to believe that collective support is one of the few things that can make a difference.

We need more spaces where people can come together around the things that matter—environmental issues, social justice, cultural work, creative projects, and policy ideas.
But showing up isn’t enough. We need to build something that lasts. That’s what this pilot is about.

What it looks like

We’ll meet once a month for three months:

  1. August 30th

  2. September 13th

  3. October 11th

Each meeting runs from 10am to 4pm—show up when you can, but please do try to make the group share portion of each meeting if possible.

Structure:

  • 10–12pm: Independent work time

  • 12–2pm: Group share + lunch

  • 2–4pm: Collaborative work time or more independent work

It’s not just about sharing. It’s about showing up. Doing the work. Helping each other. Building community.

Why I’m asking for $100

We need funds to:

  • Rent a comfortable, private venue (not a coffee shop or brewery were lengthy meetings can become wearisome)

  • Provide lunch so we can break bread together

  • Keep this low-key but meaningful

We’re asking for a donation of $100 to support the pilot. This helps us reach our goal of $1,200 total to cover costs for all three meetups.

Can’t afford the full $100? No problem. Contribute what you can. We’ll reserve at least $200 in the budget for sponsorships. This isn’t about profit—it’s about participation.

What you’re committing to

Attend at least 2 out of 3 meetings

Show up for group share (12–2pm)

Support one another as best you can

That’s it. That’s the deal.

What we’re hoping for

If this works—if it feels worth it—then we’ll expand the program in 2026 to run monthly all year long. We’ll build out more support. We’ll deepen the community. Maybe even secure a permanent shared space.

But for now, this pilot is the next right step.
And I’d love for you to be part of it.
